Modbuilt Projects is a residential and commercial construction company established in the Sutherland Shire, servicing the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and the greater Sydney region.
Established by brothers Steve and Daniel Meyer in 2018, our aim is to deliver projects that exceed client expectations. We believe the combination of skills and knowledge of our directors separates us from other building company’s.
Bringing together experienced builders, tradespeople and specialist consultants, we share a commitment to quality craftsmanship and building exceptional residential spaces.

With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Steve brings extensive practical knowledge and a considered approach to residential building.
Having worked alongside experienced builders and managed a diverse range of projects, particularly within the high-end residential sector, Steve has developed a strong commitment to quality workmanship and professional project delivery.
As Director of Modbuilt, Steve personally manages every project, taking responsibility for site operations, construction programming, trade and consultant coordination, procurement and client communication from commencement through to completion.
Steve also brings Class 2 building capabilities under the NSW Design and Building Practitioners (DBPA) framework and is currently undertaking Passive House certification, further developing his expertise in high-performance residential construction.

DANIEL MEYER
Director
With over 10 years' experience in the construction industry, Daniel’s Project Management experience includes residential housing, high density residential, industrial development, refurbishment, commercial and interior fit outs.
Daniel backs this with a Bachelor of Construction Management Degree. Daniel values delivering a high-quality product on time and within budget and scope.
